A step-by-step system built on experience

From basic training to practice on real models. The course lasts 12 weeks, two meetings per week, 4-5 hours long. At the end of each meeting, homework is provided. We provide all the necessary material!

№ 1 - Theory

Tattoo equipment and consumables. Types of tattoo machines. Needles and paints. Disposable consumables. Ergonomic organization of the workspace. Sterilization of tattoo equipment. Hygiene of the premises and workplace. Types of contraindications to tattoos. Recommendations for care before and after the session.

№ 2 - Contour

Basics of contouring: Theory and Practice. Principles of creating a contour. Criteria for a quality contour. Difficulties in maintaining contours. Practice. Errors and their prevention.

№ 3 - Shadows

Basics of shadows: Theory and Practice. Principles of spraying shadows. Criteria for quality shadows in different styles. Difficulties in spraying shadows in different styles. Practice. Errors and their prevention.

№ 9 - Exam

Second work on a live model. Reinforcement of the material covered. Errors and their analysis.

I was at the first training stream, naturally I was satisfied, the guys from Tornstar know how and can present the right information to the students. One of the teachers, Zhenya, can really find an approach to anyone who wants to learn how to do quality work. We accept payments in cash, bank transfer, card, and we also cooperate with ESTO and offer interest-free installments!

The next stream of our course will start in June 2025 and will take place in our tattoo studio Tornstar tattoo, located at Seebi 1, Tallinn.

Training is conducted in Russian and English.

The average course duration, depending on the chosen plan, is 12 weeks, with two meetings per week, each meeting lasting an average of 4-5 hours. Each lesson starts at 18:00.

The price includes all handouts, working materials, equipment for the duration of use. The studio also provides live models for practice.

The studio, as a party providing the service, concludes a framework agreement with the client on the provision of services in the form of the training course "Tornstar Academy".
